Description
These Air Fryer Brie Stuffed Dates are the perfect sweet and savory appetizer, ready in just 9 minutes. Creamy brie melts inside naturally sweet Medjool dates, topped with crunchy walnuts, honey, and fresh herbs. An elegant yet effortless bite for holidays, parties, or easy entertaining.
Ingredients
12 whole Medjool dates, pitted
4 oz brie cheese, cut into 12 small slices
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Honey, for drizzling
Flakey sea salt, for garnish
1–2 teaspoons chopped fresh sage or thyme
Optional: crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
Split each Medjool date lengthwise and remove the pit.
Stuff a slice of brie inside each date. Gently press chopped walnuts into the cheese.
Arrange stuffed dates in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 3–4 minutes, until the brie is softened and slightly gooey.
Remove carefully and drizzle lightly with honey.
Sprinkle with flakey sea salt, chopped herbs, and red pepper flakes if desired.
Serve immediately while warm.
Notes
You can split the dates with your hands instead of using a knife.
If you don’t have an air fryer, bake at 375°F for 7–8 minutes.
Goat cheese or cream cheese can replace brie.
Pecans or pistachios work well instead of walnuts.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3–4 days. Reheat in the air fryer for 1–2 minutes.
