Ingredients
1 head of cabbage, cut into wedges
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt, to taste

Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Cut cabbage into wedges, keeping the core intact so they hold together.
In a large bowl, toss wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until coated.
Place wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer (work in batches if needed).
Air fry for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until edges are golden and crispy.
