Ingredients
Pie Crust
1 baked and cooled 9-inch pie crust
Peanut Butter Crumbles
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
Peanut Butter Filling
1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup whipped cream or Cool Whip
Whipped Topping
2 cups sweetened whipped cream or 8 oz Cool Whip
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine the powdered sugar and 1/4 cup peanut butter. Mix with a fork until crumbly; set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk the vanilla pudding mix, milk, and 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter for about 2 minutes until thickened.
Fold in 1 cup of whipped cream until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.
Sprinkle half of the peanut butter crumbles into the bottom of the cooled pie crust.
Add the peanut butter filling and spread evenly.
Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
Sprinkle remaining crumbles over the top.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing and serving.
Notes
Chill overnight for an even firmer filling.
For extra crunch, add chopped peanuts on top.
Use creamy peanut butter only for best texture.
