Description
These Baked Cranberry Brie Bites are the perfect 5-ingredient holiday appetizer—flaky, creamy, sweet, and beautifully festive. They come together in minutes and always disappear fast!
Ingredients
-
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
-
4 oz brie cheese, rind on, cut into 12 cubes
-
½ cup cranberry sauce (whole berry preferred)
-
2 tbsp candied pecans, chopped (optional)
-
Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
-
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray a mini muffin tin with non-stick spray.
-
On a lightly floured surface, unfold the puff pastry. Roll gently if needed, then cut into 12 equal squares.
-
Press each pastry square into a mini muffin cup, letting the corners stand up.
-
Add a cube of brie to each pastry cup. Top with about ½ teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
-
Sprinkle chopped candied pecans on top, if using.
-
Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and the cranberry sauce is bubbling.
-
Let cool for 5 minutes, then carefully lift each bite from the tin.
-
Garnish with a small rosemary sprig and serve warm.
Notes
You can substitute brie with camembert for a similar soft, creamy texture.
Fig jam or orange marmalade work wonderfully in place of cranberry sauce.
To make ahead, assemble the bites and refrigerate unbaked for up to 24 hours.
These can be frozen before baking—just add 2–3 minutes to the bake time
