Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey
2 cups cooked jasmine rice
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup chopped red bell pepper
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup chopped broccoli
2 green onions, sliced
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Bang Bang Sauce
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions and set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice. Set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add ground turkey and cook, breaking it apart, until fully browned.
Stir in soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
Add red bell pepper, carrots, and broccoli. Cook for 5–7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
Remove skillet from heat and stir in half of the bang bang sauce until well coated.
Divide rice among bowls and top with the turkey mixture.
Drizzle remaining sauce over each bowl.
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve warm.
Notes
Adjust the sriracha to control spice level.
Great for meal prep—store sauce separately for best texture.
Swap jasmine rice for brown rice or cauliflower rice if desired.
