These BBQ Chicken Coleslaw Wraps are a quick, flavor-packed meal made with tender shredded chicken, smoky BBQ sauce, and creamy coleslaw all wrapped in warm tortillas. Perfect for busy weeknights or meal prep!
Ingredients
Main Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great)
1 cup BBQ sauce
4 large tortillas (flour or corn)
2 cups green cabbage, finely shredded
1 cup carrots, grated
½ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional Add-ons:
1 cup diced bell peppers
¼ cup fresh chopped cilantro
1 tsp hot sauce
Avocado slices
Shredded cheddar or crumbled feta
Instructions
Shred cooked chicken and toss in a skillet with BBQ sauce. Heat for 3–5 minutes until warmed through and coated.
In a bowl, combine cabbage and carrots. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Pour dressing over veggies and toss well.
Warm tortillas slightly.
Layer BBQ chicken in the center of each tortilla, top with coleslaw, and add any optional extras.
Fold in the sides, roll up tightly, and serve immediately.
Notes
For meal prep, store chicken and coleslaw separately. Assemble wraps just before eating.
Add hot sauce or diced bell peppers to the slaw for extra flavor.
Swap chicken for pulled beef , turkey, or tofu as a protein alternative.
