Description
This Bloody Red Velvet Popcorn is a spooky-sweet Halloween treat! Crunchy popcorn is drizzled with melted red velvet chocolate and finished with a syrupy “bloody” effect. Quick, easy, and frightfully fun for parties or scary movie nights.
Ingredients
10 cups popped popcorn
1/2 cup red velvet chocolate melts
1/4 cup red syrup (grenadine or red icing)
Instructions
Spread the popped popcorn on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Melt the red velvet chocolate melts in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Drizzle the melted chocolate over the popcorn and toss to coat evenly.
Drizzle the red syrup over the top for a “bloody” effect.
Let the chocolate set at room temperature (10 minutes) or refrigerate for faster results before serving.
Notes
If you can’t find red velvet melts, use white chocolate chips with a few drops of red food coloring.
For extra fun, add candy eyeballs or crushed Oreos to make it even spookier.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
