Blueberry White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Description

Soft, sweet, and packed with juicy blueberries and creamy white chocolate chips, these cookies are a cozy treat that’s simple to make and impossible to resist.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 cup butter, softened

  • 1 egg

  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour

  • 2 tbsp milk (optional)

  • 1 cup white chocolate morsels

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries, washed and dried


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

  3. Add the egg, vanilla, salt, and baking soda. Mix until smooth.

  4. Gradually add flour and mix until dough forms. If dry, add milk 1 tbsp at a time.

  5. Stir in white chocolate morsels until evenly distributed.

  6. Gently fold in the blueberries to avoid smashing them.

  7. Scoop dough onto the baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.

  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.

  9. Cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes, then transfer to a rack to cool completely.

  10. Store in an airtight container once cooled.

Notes

If dough is too crumbly, milk helps bind it without overmixing.
Frozen blueberries can be used, but thaw and dry thoroughly first.
Slightly underbaking will give you that ultra-gooey center!
