Description

Buffalo Chicken Caesar Salad Wraps are a quick, crave-worthy meal made with spicy buffalo chicken, crisp romaine, creamy Caesar dressing, and soft tortillas—perfect for busy lunches or easy dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 large burrito flour tortillas

  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce

  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing

  • 2 tablespoons buffalo sauce

  • 2 cups cooked diced fried chicken tenders

  • 4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese


Instructions

  1. Add the chopped chicken tenders to a bowl, pour in the buffalo sauce, and toss until evenly coated.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce and Caesar dressing and toss gently.

  3. Microwave each tortilla for about 30 seconds to make them easier to roll.

  4. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.

  5. Spoon about 1 cup of dressed lettuce into the center or slightly toward the bottom edge.

  6. Add a portion of the buffalo chicken on top of the lettuce.

  7. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.

  8. Roll the tortilla up like a burrito, tucking in the sides, then slice in half and serve.

Notes

Grilled or air-fried chicken can be used instead of fried tenders.

For extra heat, add more buffalo sauce or a drizzle inside the wrap before rolling.

For meal prep, store the filling separately and assemble just before eating.
