Buffalo Chicken Caesar Salad Wraps are a quick, crave-worthy meal made with spicy buffalo chicken, crisp romaine, creamy Caesar dressing, and soft tortillas—perfect for busy lunches or easy dinners.
Ingredients
2 large burrito flour tortillas
2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1/2 cup Caesar dressing
2 tablespoons buffalo sauce
2 cups cooked diced fried chicken tenders
4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
Add the chopped chicken tenders to a bowl, pour in the buffalo sauce, and toss until evenly coated.
In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce and Caesar dressing and toss gently.
Microwave each tortilla for about 30 seconds to make them easier to roll.
Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
Spoon about 1 cup of dressed lettuce into the center or slightly toward the bottom edge.
Add a portion of the buffalo chicken on top of the lettuce.
Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
Roll the tortilla up like a burrito, tucking in the sides, then slice in half and serve.
Notes
Grilled or air-fried chicken can be used instead of fried tenders.
For extra heat, add more buffalo sauce or a drizzle inside the wrap before rolling.
For meal prep, store the filling separately and assemble just before eating.
