Ingredients
2 large chicken breasts, diced into ½-inch pieces
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup creamy garlic sauce
Optional: cream cheese, sautéed peppers, onions, fresh parsley
Instructions
In a bowl, toss diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let sit for 5 minutes.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken in a single layer for about 3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Warm the tortillas to make them flexible. Spread each with garlic sauce.
Add the cooked chicken down the center of each tortilla and top with cheddar and mozzarella.
Fold the bottom of the tortilla up, tuck in the sides, and roll tightly.
Place wraps seam-side down in a warm skillet and cook 2–3 minutes per side until crispy and golden.
Let rest 1–2 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
