Ingredients
1 tube refrigerated pizza crust
6 tablespoons pasta or marinara sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
About 12 slices of pepperoni
Dried oregano (optional, for garnish)
Olive oil (for brushing, optional)
Instructions
Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.Prepare Dough
Unroll pizza crust and cut into 6 squares.Add Filling
On one half of each square, add 1 tablespoon of sauce, mozzarella, and 2 pepperoni slices.Seal Pockets
Fold diagonally into triangles. Press edges with a fork to seal.Add Toppings
Brush tops with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano and extra cheese, if desired.Bake
Bake for 10–13 minutes, until golden and bubbly.Serve
Let cool slightly and serve with warm marinara or ranch for dipping.
