Description

These Cheesy Pizza Pockets are the ultimate easy comfort food—made with just 6 ingredients, packed with gooey mozzarella and pepperoni, and ready in under 30 minutes. Perfect for busy weeknights, family movie nights, or a fun twist on pizza night!

  • 1 tube refrigerated pizza crust

  • 6 tablespoons pasta or marinara sauce

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • About 12 slices of pepperoni

  • Dried oregano (optional, for garnish)

  • Olive oil (for brushing, optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven
    Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Prepare Dough
    Unroll pizza crust and cut into 6 squares.

  3. Add Filling
    On one half of each square, add 1 tablespoon of sauce, mozzarella, and 2 pepperoni slices.

  4. Seal Pockets
    Fold diagonally into triangles. Press edges with a fork to seal.

  5. Add Toppings
    Brush tops with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano and extra cheese, if desired.

  6. Bake
    Bake for 10–13 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
