This Chicken Caesar Wrap is a quick, comforting meal made with juicy chicken, crisp romaine, creamy Caesar dressing, and crunchy croutons—all wrapped in a warm tortilla. Perfect for busy lunches or easy weeknight dinners.
Ingredients
3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1½ cups chopped cooked chicken (grilled, fried, or rotisserie)
⅓ cup Caesar dressing
⅓ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup croutons
Kosher salt, to taste
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine romaine lettuce, chopped chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Toss well using tongs.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add more dressing if desired.
Warm tortillas in a skillet over medium heat for 15–30 seconds per side, or microwave between paper towels until pliable.
Divide the Caesar salad mixture evenly among tortillas, placing filling in the center.
Fold in the sides and roll up burrito-style.
Cut in half or serve whole.
