Description
This Christmas Crack Dip is a rich, fluffy holiday dessert made with whipped cream, cocoa, vanilla, and crunchy toffee bits. It’s quick, festive, and perfect for parties, snacking, or serving alongside salty crackers for that irresistible sweet-and-salty combo.
Ingredients
2 cups heavy whipping cream, very cold
⅓ cup powdered sugar
⅔ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup Heath toffee bits, plus more for topping
Sprinkles (optional)
Saltine crackers, for dipping
Instructions
In a stand mixer or large bowl with a hand mixer, whip together the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla on high speed for 3–5 minutes, or until light and fluffy like chocolate frosting.
Stop the mixer and scrape down the sides to mix in any remaining cocoa or sugar. Taste and add 1–4 tablespoons of additional powdered sugar if you prefer a sweeter dip.
Fold in the Heath toffee bits until evenly distributed.
Transfer to a serving bowl and top with extra toffee bits and festive sprinkles.
Serve with saltine crackers or your favorite dippers.
Notes
Dip can be made up to 24 hours ahead and refrigerated.
Add mix-ins like crushed pretzels, mini chocolate chips, or chopped nuts for extra texture.
If the dip is too thick, fold in 1–2 tablespoons of cold heavy cream.
