Ingredients
Scale
15 Oreo Cookies
6 oz white melting chips
3 oz green melting wafers
15 candy star toppers
¼ cup chocolate jimmies (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, heating it in 30-second intervals and stirring until smooth.
- Dip each Oreo halfway or completely into the white chocolate and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- In another bowl, melt the green wafers in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Transfer the green chocolate to a piping bag or zip-top bag; cut a very small opening.
- Pipe a zigzag Christmas tree design onto each Oreo.
- If desired, add a candy star to the top and chocolate chips to the base to represent the “trunk.”
- Let the cookies sit until the chocolate is firm.
Notes
If your melting chocolate seems thick, add a small amount of shortening to thin it. Feel free to decorate with sprinkles, sanding sugar, or crushed peppermint for extra holiday flair.
