Ingredients
1 ½ lb ground chuck
3 Tbsp sour cream
2 Tbsp ranch dressing mix
⅓ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Hamburger buns
Lettuce, tomato, mustard, mayo (for topping)
Instructions
Combine Ingredients:
In a large bowl, mix together the ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, bacon, and cheddar cheese just until combined. Avoid overmixing.Form Patties:
Shape the mixture into 6 equal patties. Press a small dimple in the center of each patty to prevent puffing while cooking.Cook the Patties:
Grill or pan-sear the burgers over medium heat until they reach your preferred doneness:130–135°F for medium-rare
140–145°F for medium
160°F for well-done
Let the patties rest for a few minutes.
Assemble Burgers:
Toast buns if desired. Add patties and top with lettuce, tomato, mayo, mustard, or your favorite toppings.
Notes
