Description

These juicy Crack Burgers are loaded with melted cheddar, crispy bacon, and ranch-seasoned beef for the ultimate flavor-packed dinner. Easy, cheesy, and totally addictive—perfect for busy weeknights or weekend grilling.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ lb ground chuck

  • 3 Tbsp sour cream

  • 2 Tbsp ranch dressing mix

  • ⅓ cup cooked and crumbled bacon

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • Hamburger buns

  • Lettuce, tomato, mustard, mayo (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients:
In a large bowl, mix together the ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, bacon, and cheddar cheese just until combined. Avoid overmixing.

  2. Form Patties:
Shape the mixture into 6 equal patties. Press a small dimple in the center of each patty to prevent puffing while cooking.

  3. Cook the Patties:
Grill or pan-sear the burgers over medium heat until they reach your preferred doneness:

    • 130–135°F for medium-rare

    • 140–145°F for medium

    • 160°F for well-done
Let the patties rest for a few minutes.

  4. Assemble Burgers:
Toast buns if desired. Add patties and top with lettuce, tomato, mayo, mustard, or your favorite toppings.

Notes

Wet your hands before shaping patties to prevent sticking.

Don’t press down on the burgers while cooking—it releases juices.

Add extra toppings like avocado, pickles, or caramelized onions for more flavor.
