Description

These Crack Chicken Pinwheels are creamy, cheesy, and packed with ranch, bacon, and chicken—rolled into bite-sized perfection. Perfect for parties, game day, or family snacks!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix

  • ½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled

  • ¼ cup green onions, chopped

  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Shred the cooked chicken if not already done.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, cream cheese, cheddar, ranch seasoning, bacon, and green onions until well combined.

  3. Lay one tortilla flat and spread a portion of the mixture evenly across the surface.

  4. Roll the tortilla tightly, starting at one end, and repeat with remaining tortillas.

  5. For best results, wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  6. Slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels and arrange on a platter.
