Description

These Cranberry Cream Cheese Crescent Bites are flaky, golden pastries filled with creamy vanilla cheese and sweet-tart cranberry sauce. Perfect for the holidays, brunch gatherings, or anytime you’re craving something cozy and easy. With just a few simple ingredients, you’ll have a festive treat ready in minutes — no stress, all comfort.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can crescent roll dough (8-count)

  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)

  • ¼ cup powdered sugar

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce

  • Optional: chopped pecans or orange zest for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a mini muffin tin with nonstick spray.

  2. Make Filling: In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

  3. Prepare Dough: Unroll crescent roll dough and cut each triangle in half, creating 16 smaller pieces. Gently press each into the muffin cups to form small pastry shells.

  4. Add Fillings: Spoon 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture into each cup, followed by 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce.

  5. Top & Bake: Sprinkle with chopped pecans or orange zest if desired. Bake for 11–13 minutes or until golden brown.

  6. Cool & Serve: Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm or at room temperature for a perfect sweet-tart bite!

Notes

Use whole berry cranberry sauce for the best texture and flavor.

Want extra flavor? Add a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar before baking.

These bites can be made ahead — just refrigerate the unbaked dough cups with filling, then bake fresh when ready to serve.

Perfect for holiday brunches, Thanksgiving dessert tables, or as a make-ahead party snack!
