Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey
1 cup fresh cranberries
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried sage
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
2 large eggs
½ cup chicken broth
Olive oil, for drizzling
Instructions
Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, cranberries, onion, celery, garlic, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Add Turkey and Bind: Stir in ground turkey, eggs, and chicken broth. Mix until well combined and moist enough to hold together.
Shape the Balls: Scoop about 1–2 tablespoons of mixture and roll into 1 to 1½-inch balls.
Bake: Arrange on the prepared baking sheet, drizzle lightly with olive oil, and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Cool and Serve: Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy with gravy, cranberry sauce, or on their own!
Notes
If the mixture feels too wet, add a sprinkle of breadcrumbs. Too dry? Add a splash of chicken broth.
These stuffing balls freeze beautifully—store in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
Perfect as appetizers, meal prep bites, or a fun Thanksgiving side dish.
