Description

This Creamy Garlic Lime Cilantro Sauce is a bold, zesty, and ultra-creamy condiment made in just minutes. Perfect for tacos, bowls, grilled meats, and dipping.


Ingredients

  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro, stems included

  • 12 fresh limes, juiced

  • 12 jalapeños, stem removed

  • 510 garlic cloves

  • 2 cups mayonnaise


Instructions

  1. Add cilantro, lime juice, jalapeño, garlic, and mayonnaise to a high-speed blender or food processor.

  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.

  3. Taste and adjust lime juice, garlic, or jalapeño to preference.

  4. Transfer to a jar or squeeze bottle and refrigerate until ready to use.

Notes

Remove jalapeño seeds for a milder sauce.

Thin with a tablespoon of water or lime juice if needed.

Flavors deepen after chilling for 30–60 minutes.
