Ingredients
1 bunch fresh cilantro, stems included
1–2 fresh limes, juiced
1–2 jalapeños, stem removed
5–10 garlic cloves
2 cups mayonnaise
Instructions
Add cilantro, lime juice, jalapeño, garlic, and mayonnaise to a high-speed blender or food processor.
Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
Taste and adjust lime juice, garlic, or jalapeño to preference.
Transfer to a jar or squeeze bottle and refrigerate until ready to use.
Notes
Remove jalapeño seeds for a milder sauce.
Thin with a tablespoon of water or lime juice if needed.
