Crock Pot Cinnamon Roll Casserole

Description

This Crock Pot Cinnamon Roll Casserole is sweet, gooey, and packed with cinnamon-spiced flavor. An effortless, crowd-pleasing breakfast or brunch that’s perfect for holidays, weekends, or any cozy morning!


Ingredients

  • 2 cans of cinnamon rolls (12 oz each)

  • 4 eggs

  • ½ cup of milk

  • 3 Tbsp maple syrup

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon


Instructions

  1. Open the cinnamon roll cans and set aside the icing packets.

  2. Cut each roll into quarters.

  3. Spray the inside of your crock pot with nonstick spray.

  4. Place one can’s worth of cinnamon roll pieces in the bottom of the crock pot.

  5. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon.

  6. Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon rolls.

  7. Add the remaining cinnamon roll pieces on top.

  8. Drizzle one icing packet over the top layer.

  9. Cover and cook on LOW for 2 to 2½ hours, until cooked through but soft.

  10. Drizzle the second icing packet over the casserole before serving.

  11. Enjoy warm!

Notes

Add chopped nuts or raisins for extra texture.
Chocolate chips or a caramel drizzle make this extra indulgent.
Use a slow cooker liner for easy cleanup.
Great served with a glass of milk or hot coffee!
