Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup Velveeta, cubed
¼ cup diced pickles
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tbsp pickle juice
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Brown the Beef
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until fully browned. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Drain excess grease.Combine in Crockpot
Add cooked beef, cheddar cheese, Velveeta, diced pickles, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickle juice to the slow cooker. Stir well.Cook
Cover and cook on LOW for 2–3 hours, stirring once every hour, until cheese is fully melted and dip is creamy.Serve
Switch to WARM and serve hot with tortilla chips, toasted bread slices, or slider buns.
Notes
For a lighter option, use ground turkey and light mayonnaise.
If dip is too thick, stir in a splash of milk or extra pickle juice.
Add diced jalapeños for a spicy twist.
Garnish with shredded lettuce or sesame seeds for a true Big Mac look.
