Description

This Crockpot Chicken and Gravy is pure comfort food—tender shredded chicken slow-cooked in a rich, savory gravy. Perfect over rice, mashed potatoes, or noodles, it’s a simple set-it-and-forget-it dinner the whole family will love.

  • 3 to 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) unsalted cream of chicken soup

  • 2 packets (0.87 oz each) chicken gravy mix

  • 1/2 cup water or chicken broth (optional)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Hot cooked rice for serving


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken – Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper if desired.

  2. Mix the Sauce – In a medium bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup, gravy mix packets, and water or broth until smooth.

  3. Slow Cook – Pour the sauce over the chicken. Cover and cook on LOW for 4–6 hours, until chicken is tender.

  4. Shred and Stir – Shred chicken into bite-sized pieces directly in the slow cooker. Stir to coat evenly in gravy.
