Ingredients
3 to 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can (10.5 oz) unsalted cream of chicken soup
2 packets (0.87 oz each) chicken gravy mix
1/2 cup water or chicken broth (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Hot cooked rice for serving
Instructions
Prepare the Chicken – Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
Mix the Sauce – In a medium bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup, gravy mix packets, and water or broth until smooth.
Slow Cook – Pour the sauce over the chicken. Cover and cook on LOW for 4–6 hours, until chicken is tender.
Shred and Stir – Shred chicken into bite-sized pieces directly in the slow cooker. Stir to coat evenly in gravy.
Serve – Spoon chicken and gravy over hot cooked rice, mashed potatoes, or noodles. Enjoy!
Notes
Use chicken broth instead of water for richer flavor.
