Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
- 12 oz spaghetti (uncooked, broken in half)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional garnish: fresh parsley, red pepper flakes
Instructions
Prepare the Crockpot:
