Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cups fresh broccoli florets
1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Optional: cooked bacon bits or a pinch of smoked paprika for extra flavor
Instructions
Prepare the Chicken:
Place chicken breasts at the bottom of your crockpot. Sprinkle evenly with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.Add the Creamy Base:

Notes
For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
