Description

This Crockpot Gooey Cinnamon Roll Dump Cake is the ultimate cozy dessert! Sweet, gooey cinnamon rolls layered with buttery brown sugar and topped with a drizzle of vanilla glaze. Perfect for holidays, brunch, or anytime your sweet tooth strikes!


Ingredients

  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated cinnamon rolls

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Spray the inside of your crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.

  2. Open the can of cinnamon rolls, separate them, and cut each into quarters. Place into the crockpot.

  3. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Pour evenly over the rolls.

  4. Drizzle heavy cream over the top.

  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 2 to 2.5 hours, until rolls are cooked through and gooey.

  6. Remove lid and let cool slightly.

  7. In a bowl, whisk powdered sugar and vanilla extract into a glaze. Drizzle over the cake before serving.

  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
