Description
Cuban Inspired Pull-Apart Sliders are soft, buttery rolls stuffed with ham, melty Swiss cheese, and tangy pickles, then baked with garlic pickle butter until golden and irresistible.
Ingredients
For the Sliders
12 slider rolls (brioche or Hawaiian)
12 oz thinly sliced ham
8 slices Swiss cheese
½ cup dill pickle slices
¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup Dijon mustard
For the Garlic Pickle Butter
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon pickle seasoning
1 tablespoon pickle juice (or lemon juice)
1 teaspoon poppy seeds (optional)
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Stir in garlic, pickle seasoning, and pickle juice. Remove from heat.
Brush a little of the garlic pickle butter over the bottom of the baking dish.
Without separating the rolls, slice them horizontally. Place the bottom half into the dish.
Mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard together. Spread onto the inside of the top half of the rolls.
Layer ham, Swiss cheese, and pickles evenly over the bottom rolls. Place the top rolls back on.
Brush remaining garlic pickle butter generously over the tops. Sprinkle with poppy seeds if using.
Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove foil and bake another 5–7 minutes, until tops are golden and cheese is melted.
Garnish with fresh parsley, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
Provolone cheese works well if you don’t have Swiss.
For extra crispy tops, bake uncovered for the final 2 minutes.
These sliders reheat best in the oven or air fryer.
