Chicken and Seasoning
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced in half horizontally
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon paprika
Coating
½ cup dill pickle ranch dressing, plus more for serving
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
3 tablespoons plain breadcrumbs

Instructions
Prepare the Seasoning Mixture:
In a small bowl, whisk together the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.Season the Chicken:
Pat chicken dry and coat evenly on all sides with the seasoning blend.Prepare the Parmesan Mixture:
In another bowl, stir the dill pickle ranch dressing with ½ cup Parmesan. Spread evenly over the top of each chicken breast.Add the Breadcrumb Topping:
Combine remaining Parmesan with breadcrumbs and sprinkle over chicken.Air Fry the Chicken:
Place chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 375°F for 8–10 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.Rest and Garnish:
Let rest 5 minutes, then garnish with fresh dill and drizzle more dressing if desired.

For oven baking: Cook at 400°F for 20–22 minutes, broiling the last 2–3 minutes for extra crispiness.
