Description

Easy Big Mac Sliders are a warm, melty, shareable twist on the classic burger. Layered with seasoned ground beef, American cheese, pickles, shredded lettuce, and a creamy signature sauce, these sliders are ready in just 25 minutes and perfect for parties, game day, or busy weeknights.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Sliders:

  • 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls

  • 1 pound lean ground beef

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped white onion

  • 9 slices American cheese

  • 2430 dill pickle slices

  • 2 cups shredded lettuce

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Big Mac Style Sauce:

  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 1/2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish

  • 2 teaspoons sugar

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons yellow mustard

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all sauce ingredients. Stir well and refrigerate until ready to use.

  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef, chopped onion, salt, and pepper until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease.

  3. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish or sheet pan.

  4. Place bottom halves of slider buns in the baking dish. Spread a thin layer of sauce over the buns.

  5. Evenly distribute the cooked beef mixture over the buns.

  6. Lay American cheese slices evenly over the beef.

  7. Top with dill pickle slices.

  8. Bake for 8–10 minutes, until cheese is melted.

  9. Remove from oven. Add shredded lettuce and drizzle additional sauce if desired.

  10. Place top buns over sliders. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

  11. Return to oven and bake for 3–4 minutes, until tops are lightly golden.

  12. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

Ground turkey or chicken can be substituted for beef.

Thousand Island dressing works as a quick sauce alternative.

Add lettuce after baking for a crisp texture.

Reheat leftovers in an air fryer at 350°F for 3–5 minutes to crisp the buns.
