Instructions

  2. In a clean, dry bowl, whip the egg whites until soft peaks form.

  3. Gradually add the sugar while whipping until stiff, glossy peaks form.

  4. Gently mix in the vanilla extract and salt.

  5. Fold in the chocolate chips carefully to keep the mixture airy.

  6. Spoon dollops onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
