Creamy, chocolate-dipped High Protein Frozen Peanut Butter Yogurt Bites made with Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and a crunchy peanut topping. A delicious, freezer-friendly treat that satisfies sweet cravings while delivering a protein boost.
Ingredients
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (full fat)
1/4 cup powdered peanut butter
1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1 teaspoon coconut oil
Flaky sea salt for topping (optional)
Crushed peanuts for topping (optional)
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, powdered peanut butter, creamy peanut butter, and maple syrup. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Line a small plate or tray with parchment paper. Scoop the yogurt mixture into 6 evenly sized bites and place them on the tray.
Freeze for 10–20 minutes or until firm enough to handle.
Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave in 15–20 second intervals, stirring between each burst until smooth.
Dip each frozen yogurt bite into the melted chocolate, coating fully.
Place the chocolate-dipped bites back onto the tray and sprinkle with flaky sea salt or crushed peanuts if desired.
Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until the chocolate sets. Enjoy!
Notes
Use dairy-free yogurt and chocolate to make a vegan-friendly version.
Add a swirl of jam, mini chocolate chips, or chopped nuts to customize the filling.
Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months.
If the chocolate thickens, warm it again for 10 seconds in the microwave.
