Description

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade dough)
  • 8 mozzarella string cheese sticks (or 2 cups shredded mozzarella)
  • 40 slices of pepperoni
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and cut it into 8 equal rectangles.
  3. Layer the fillings by placing 4-5 slices of pepperoni on each rectangle, then adding a mozzarella stick or shredded cheese.
  4. Seal the edges by rolling the dough around the cheese and pepperoni, pinching the sides to prevent cheese from leaking.
  5. Arrange on the baking sheet with the seam-side down.
  6. Brush with butter mixed with garlic powder and Italian seasoning for extra crispiness and flavor.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  9. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping and enjoy!
