Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut cold butter into small cubes and work it into the flour mixture until pea-sized crumbs form.
- Gradually add buttermilk, stirring until the dough comes together.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface, knead lightly, and roll to 1-inch thickness.
- Cut out biscuits using a round cutter and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- While the biscuits bake, melt butter and honey in a saucepan for the glaze.
