  • 1/4 cup butter (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cut cold butter into small cubes and work it into the flour mixture until pea-sized crumbs form.
  4. Gradually add buttermilk, stirring until the dough comes together.
