This creamy, cheesy Keto Crack Chicken in the Crock Pot is the ultimate low-carb comfort food. Packed with ranch flavor, crispy bacon, and melted cheddar, it’s a family-friendly dinner that practically cooks itself!


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs, thawed)

  • 1 cup chicken broth (low-sodium if preferred)

  • 1 Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning packet

  • 8 oz full-fat cream cheese, cut into chunks

  • 1 cup cooked, crumbled bacon

  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (medium or sharp)


Instructions

  • Spray or line your crock pot for easy cleanup.

  • Place chicken breasts in a single layer in the slow cooker.

  • Pour chicken broth over the chicken and sprinkle ranch seasoning on top.

  • Add cream cheese chunks over the chicken.

  • Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours.

  • Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks inside the crock pot.
