  • Yield: 2 servings 1x

Description

Marry Me Salmon is a quick and flavorful dinner made with tender salmon fillets, garlic, lemon, and fresh dill. Perfect for easy weeknights or special occasions

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 salmon fillets, wild-caught preferred

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Let sit for 5 minutes.

  3. Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

  4. Brush the marinade generously over each fillet and sprinkle with fresh dill.

  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes, until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

  6. Remove from the oven, rest for a few minutes, and serve warm.

Notes

Use wild-caught salmon for the best flavor and texture.

Avoid overbaking to keep the salmon moist.

Finish with extra lemon juice for added brightness.

Serve with rice, asparagus, or a fresh salad.
