Description
These Mini Halloween Pizzas are spooky, fun, and delicious! Decorated as ghosts, mummies, and jack-o’-lanterns, they’re perfect for Halloween parties, family dinners, or a festive pre-trick-or-treat snack.
Ingredients
8 mini pizza crusts (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup pizza sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
8 slices mozzarella cheese (for ghost shapes)
12 slices pepperoni
1 small black olive, sliced (for eyes and mouths)
1 orange bell pepper, cut into pumpkin shapes
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Build the base: Place mini pizza crusts on the sheet and spread pizza sauce evenly over each.
Decorate your pizzas:
Ghosts: Cut mozzarella into ghost shapes, place on the crust, and add olive “eyes.”
Mummies: Lay mozzarella strips in a criss-cross pattern, then add olive slices for eyes.
Jack-o’-Lanterns: Top with shredded cheese and arrange bell pepper slices into pumpkin faces.
Bake for 8–10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the crust turns golden.
Serve warm and enjoy your spooky Halloween treat!
Notes
You can swap mini crusts with tortillas, English muffins, or bagels.
Get creative with toppings: green peppers for Frankenstein, extra pepperoni for vampire eyes, or even spider-shaped olives.
These pizzas are a great party activity—set up a “decorate your pizza” station for kids.
