Description

This No Bake Christmas Peppermint Pie is a creamy, minty, festive holiday dessert made with a pink peppermint filling, Oreo crust, and fluffy whipped topping. A quick and easy Christmas treat that chills to perfection without ever turning on the oven!

For the Crust

  • 1 Oreo pie crust

For the Filling

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract (McCormick recommended)

  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

  • 1.5 cups powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp peppermint flavoring

  • 10 drops red food coloring

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  • ½ cup crushed peppermint candy

For the Topping & Garnish

  • 1 tub Cool Whip (thawed)

  • Extra crushed peppermint candy


Instructions

  • Whip the Heavy Cream
    In a large bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks. Set aside.

  • Make the Cream Cheese Mixture
    In a medium bowl, beat together softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
    Add vanilla extract, peppermint extract, and red food coloring. Mix until the color is even.
    Fold in ½ cup crushed peppermint candy.

  • Combine Fillings
    Gently fold the cream cheese mixture into the whipped cream. Mix on low speed until smooth and fluffy.

  • Fill the Crust
    Spread the peppermint filling evenly into the Oreo pie crust.

  • Top & Chill
    Add a layer of Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle with crushed peppermint candy.
    Refrigerate for 1–2 hours before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

For extra crunch, don’t over-crush the peppermint pieces.

Chill longer for cleaner slices.

Add more food coloring for a deeper pink shade.

Pie can be made 24 hours ahead and kept chilled until serving.
