This No-Bake Cranberry Cream Pie is a creamy, festive dessert made with just a few simple ingredients. It’s perfectly sweet, slightly tangy, and ideal for holidays, potlucks, or anytime you want an easy make-ahead treat with zero oven time.
Ingredients
2 packages cream cheese, softened, 8 ounces each
1 can whole berry cranberry sauce, 14.5 ounces
1 container frozen whipped topping, thawed, 12 ounces
or 1½ cups heavy cream, whipped1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust, 9-inch
Instructions
Place the softened cream cheese in a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment and beat until smooth and fluffy, about 1 minute.
Add the cranberry sauce to a bowl, lightly mash with a fork, then microwave on low for 30 seconds to 1 minute until softened but not melted.
Add the cranberry sauce to the cream cheese and beat until fully combined, scraping down the sides as needed.
Remove the bowl from the mixer and gently fold in the whipped topping until smooth and airy.
Spoon the mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
Freeze for 6 to 8 hours or overnight until fully set.
Remove from the freezer about 30 minutes before serving for easy slicing.
Notes
Let cream cheese soften fully to avoid lumps.
For a homemade touch, garnish with whipped cream or sugared cranberries.
This pie freezes well and can be made up to 2 days ahead.
