Description

These No Bake Holiday Oreo Truffles are rich, chocolatey, and incredibly easy to make with just a few simple ingredients. Perfect for Christmas, parties, gifting, and anytime you need a quick, impressive dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package Oreos (any flavor; regular or Double Stuf)

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 12 oz semisweet chocolate

  • 6 oz white melting chocolate (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Make the Oreo Balls

    • Add the Oreos to a food processor and pulse into fine crumbs.

    • Add softened cream cheese and blend until a sticky dough forms.

    • Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a plate. Freeze for 30 minutes.

  2. Dip in Chocolate

    • Melt semisweet chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl according to package directions.

    • Line a baking sheet with wax paper.

    • Dip each chilled Oreo ball into the chocolate, coating fully.

    • Lift with a fork, tap off excess chocolate, and set on the wax paper.

    • Refrigerate for 10 minutes to set.

  3. Decorate

    • Melt white chocolate and drizzle over the truffles.

    • Add crushed Oreos or sprinkles if desired.

    • Refrigerate until set, about 10 minutes.

    • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

Avoid moisture near the melted chocolate—water will cause it to seize.

Melt chocolate slowly to avoid burning.

Use melting chocolate or Baker’s bars for smoother consistency (avoid chocolate chips).

Use oil-based food coloring if coloring white chocolate.

Decorate immediately after dipping for best results.

Stores up to 2 weeks in the fridge or 3 months in the freezer.
