Description

A festive, fruit-packed Non-Alcoholic Christmas Sangria that’s colorful, refreshing, and perfect for all ages. This easy holiday mocktail is lightly sweet, not too tart, and ideal for parties, family gatherings, and Christmas celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups cranberry juice

  • 2 cups pomegranate juice

  • 1 cup orange juice, fresh if possible

  • 1 cup lemon-lime soda (Sprite, 7UP, or similar)

  • 1 apple, thinly sliced (Honeycrisp or Gala recommended)

  • 1 orange, sliced

  • ½ cup pomegranate arils

  • Fresh cranberries, optional, for garnish

  • Fresh rosemary sprigs, optional, for garnish

  • Ice, as needed


Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the cranberry juice, pomegranate juice, and orange juice.

  2. Add the apple slices, orange slices, pomegranate arils, and fresh cranberries if using.

  3. Stir gently to combine.

  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours to allow flavors to blend.

  5. Just before serving, pour in the lemon-lime soda and stir lightly.

  6. Serve over ice and garnish with rosemary sprigs if desired.

Notes

Lemon-lime soda balances the natural tartness of cranberry and pomegranate juice.

For extra sweetness, stir in 1–3 tablespoons of honey or simple syrup before chilling.

White cranberry juice can be used for a milder, less tart flavor.

Best served the same day for the freshest taste and fizz.
