Description
These Pumpkin Patch Brownies are fudgy, adorable, and bursting with fall fun! Topped with crushed Oreos, green frosting “grass,” and candy pumpkins, they’re the perfect dessert for Halloween parties, school bake sales, or cozy fall nights at home. Easy to make and guaranteed to impress!
Ingredients
1 box brownie mix (plus eggs, oil, and water as directed)
10 Oreo cookies, crushed (cream filling included)
12–16 candy pumpkins (like Brach’s Mellowcreme)
Green frosting (store-bought or homemade)
Optional: Piping bag with small round tip (#3)
Instructions
Bake the Brownies: Prepare brownie mix according to the package. Pour into a 9×9-inch pan lined with parchment. Bake as directed, underbaking by 2 minutes for fudgier texture. Cool completely.
Crush Oreos: Place cookies in a zip-top bag and crush with a rolling pin until they resemble chunky soil.
Top the Brownies: Sprinkle crushed Oreos evenly over cooled brownies, pressing lightly to help them stick.
Add Candy Pumpkins: Press candy pumpkins into the top, spacing evenly to look like a pumpkin patch.
Pipe the Vines: Using green frosting, pipe vines and leaves between the pumpkins.
Slice and Serve: Cut into 12–16 squares with a hot knife, wiping between cuts for clean edges. Enjoy!
Notes
For thicker brownies, use an 8×8-inch pan.
Chill brownies before decorating to prevent frosting from melting.
Use gluten-free cookies for a gluten-free version.
Add gummy worms or candy eyes for a spooky Halloween twist!
