Description
A rich and creamy Raspberry Chocolate Lasagna Dessert made with an Oreo crust, silky chocolate pudding, and a fluffy raspberry cheesecake layer. This no-bake dessert is perfect for holidays, parties, or whenever you want an easy crowd-pleaser.
Ingredients
20–25 Oreo cookies, crushed
6 tbsp butter, melted
1 package chocolate pudding mix
1 cup milk (for pudding)
2 tbsp milk (for raspberry layer)
½ cup Cool Whip (for chocolate layer)
1 cup Cool Whip (for raspberry layer)
Additional Cool Whip for topping
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
Instructions
Crush the Oreo cookies and combine with melted butter. Press into an 8×8 dish to form the crust. Freeze for 10 minutes.
Prepare the chocolate pudding using half the milk called for on the package. Fold in ½ cup Cool Whip. Spread over the crust and freeze 10–15 minutes.
Mix cream cheese, sugar, 2 tbsp milk, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in raspberries and 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread over the chocolate layer.
Add a final layer of Cool Whip on top. Decorate with extra raspberries or crushed Oreos if desired.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Make a day ahead for the best texture.
Frozen raspberries work great and add stronger flavor.
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
