Ingredients
2 cups oyster crackers
1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup brown sugar (dark or light)
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp coarse sea salt
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Bring to a boil and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour the caramel sauce over the oyster crackers and toss gently until they are evenly coated.
Spread the crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, checking frequently to avoid burning.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with coarse sea salt. Let cool completely before breaking into clusters.
