Ingredients
-
35–40 saltine crackers (salted)
-
1 cup brown sugar
-
1 cup salted butter
-
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
-
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

-
Sprinkle chocolate chips over the hot toffee and return the pan to the warm oven for 1 minute. Remove and spread the melted chocolate evenly.

Add desired toppings while warm.
-
Cool on the counter for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for 2 hours or until fully set.
-
Cut into squares or break into bark pieces. Enjoy!
