Ingredients
1 (3–4 pound) boneless turkey breast
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Place the boneless turkey breast into the slow cooker, positioning it evenly for uniform cooking.
In a bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, thyme, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
Pour the maple mixture over the turkey breast, coating all sides.
Season generously with salt and pepper.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours, until the turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Remove from the slow cooker and let rest for 10–15 minutes before slicing to allow the juices to settle.
Notes
For extra sauce, double the maple mixture.
You can thicken the sauce with a cornstarch slurry after cooking if desired.
Use pure maple syrup for the best flavor.
Leftovers are perfect for sandwiches or salads.
