Description

This Slow Cooker Creamy Garlic Beef Pasta is the ultimate comfort food—tender beef simmered in a velvety garlic cream sauce and tossed with perfectly cooked pasta. With minimal prep and rich, cozy flavor, it’s a stress-free weeknight dinner your whole family will love.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs beef stew meat, cubed

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 ½ cups beef broth

  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 12 oz pasta (penne, rigatoni, or fettuccine)

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place beef stew meat in a large bowl and let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.

  2. Season the beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss to coat evenly.

  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the beef on all sides for 2–3 minutes per side.

  4. Transfer the browned beef to the slow cooker.

  5. Add beef broth, heavy cream, and minced garlic. Stir gently to combine.

  6. Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until the beef is fork-tender.

  7. Cook pasta separately according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  8. Shred the beef in the slow cooker, then stir in the cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese.

  9. Let it cook on low for an additional 15–20 minutes so the flavors meld together.

  10. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm

Notes

For extra flavor, don’t skip browning the beef—it adds rich, caramelized depth.

Want it lighter? Replace half the heavy cream with milk or half-and-half.

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days and reheat with a splash of broth or cream.

Perfect to pair with garlic bread or a side of Creamy Scalloped Potatoes for a full comfort meal.
