  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 can (about 10 oz) cream of chicken soup

  • 1/3 cup milk

  • 1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix

  • 1 2/3 cups chicken broth


Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup and milk until smooth.

  3. Pour the soup mixture evenly over the chicken.

  4. In another bowl, combine the stuffing mix and chicken broth until moistened.

  5. Spoon the stuffing mixture over the chicken without packing it down.

  6. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours, until the chicken is tender and cooked through.

Notes

For extra creaminess, add an additional splash of milk or broth before cooking.
If the stuffing seems too soft, uncover the slow cooker for the last 10–15 minutes.
