1 cup beef broth

1 tablespoon cornstarch (mixed with 2 tablespoons water)
2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
Prepare the Ingredients: Cut beef into bite-sized chunks if not pre-cut. Halve baby potatoes.
Season the Beef: Toss beef with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, oregano, thyme, and red pepper flakes.
