Slow Cooker Peach Cobbler

  • Author: Mounia
  • Total Time: 2 hours 35 minutes
  • Yield: 6 servings 1x

Description

This slow cooker peach cobbler is an easy, cozy dessert made with just three simple ingredients. Juicy peaches bubble beneath a buttery cake topping for a warm, comforting treat with almost no effort.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cans (21 oz each) peach pie filling

  • 1 box (15.25 oz) vanilla cake mix

  • 1/2 cup salted butter, cubed

Optional for serving

  • Vanilla ice cream

  • Caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Lightly spray a 6-quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. Spread the peach pie filling evenly over the bottom of the slow cooker.

  3. Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the peaches without stirring.

  4. Distribute the cubed butter evenly over the cake mix.

  5. Cover and cook on high for 2 1/2 hours, until bubbly and golden on top.

  6. Let cool for 15 minutes before serving. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream if desired.

Notes

Do not stir the layers before cooking for the best cobbler texture.

Yellow or butter cake mix works well if vanilla is unavailable.

Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
