Description

These S’mores Rice Krispies Treats are gooey, crunchy, and loaded with classic campfire flavor. A quick no-bake dessert made with marshmallows, chocolate, and graham cereal that everyone loves.


Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons salted butter

  • 1 (12-ounce) bag jumbo marshmallows

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 4 cups Rice Krispies cereal

  • 2 cups Golden Grahams cereal

  • 2 ½ cups mini marshmallows, divided

  • 4 Hershey bars, broken into pieces


Instructions

  1. Line a 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper or butter it well. Set aside.
  2. Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Add the jumbo marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Add Rice Krispies, Golden Grahams, and 1 ½ cups of the mini marshmallows. Stir until evenly coated.
  6. Press half of the mixture into the prepared pan.
  7. Sprinkle with half of the chocolate pieces and half of the remaining mini marshmallows.
  8. Add the remaining cereal mixture and gently press into an even layer.
  9. Top with the remaining chocolate and marshmallows.
  10. Let cool slightly, then cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Press the mixture gently to keep the treats soft and chewy.

For extra gooey treats, add a few chocolate pieces right before cutting.

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
