Description

These Spinach-Artichoke Dip Wonton Cups are crispy, creamy, and ready in minutes—perfect for parties, holidays, or easy entertaining. A warm, cheesy bite wrapped in a golden wonton shell!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • Cooking spray
  • 1/2 of a 10-oz package frozen spinach, thawed and very well-strained
  • 1 (8-oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

    2. Press wonton wrappers into a 12-cup muffin pan. Lightly spray with cooking spray. Bake 5 minutes.

    3. In a bowl, mix spinach, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, Parmesan, and garlic.

    4. Spoon the mixture evenly into each wonton cup.

    5. Bake 10–12 minutes, until the filling is warm and the wonton edges are golden and crisp.

Notes

Make sure the spinach is squeezed extremely well to avoid a watery filling.

For added flavor, sprinkle red pepper flakes or smoked paprika over the top before baking.

The filling can be made 24 hours ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
